1. The guarantee
ADAM is sold with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If, within 60 days of your purchase date, you decide the product is not right for you, you may request a refund of the full purchase price.
2. What you need
- The request is made within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- You contact us from, or clearly reference, the email address used at checkout.
You do not need to explain your reasons and you do not need to prove that you used the product. We ask for a reason only because it helps us improve — answering is optional.
3. How to request one
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund”, including the email address used at checkout and the approximate purchase date. That is the whole process. You may also contact Explodely directly as the Merchant of Record.
4. How long it takes
Refund requests are approved on receipt and submitted to Explodely within one business day. How quickly the money then appears depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically five to ten business days. The refund is returned to the original payment method; we cannot send it elsewhere.
5. After a refund
Access to the ADAM software ends when the refund is issued, and account data is deleted along with it. If you want to keep a copy of your own search records, export them before requesting the refund.
6. Merchant of Record
Explodely is the authorised retailer and Merchant of Record for this product. Explodely processes payments and refunds and appears on your billing statement. Their own terms apply in addition to this policy; where their terms are more generous to you, theirs prevail.
7. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong with an order, please write to us first. An email refund is faster than a chargeback and we approve them without argument inside the 60-day window. Raising a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution for everyone.
8. Statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
