ADAM does not promise that you will find money, receive money, or earn anything. Many searches return nothing at all. If any page, ad or message tells you otherwise, it is wrong and we want to know about it.
1. No income or earnings claim
ADAM is a research and organisation tool. It does not guarantee that you will find unclaimed funds, that any record you find will belong to you, that a claim will be approved, or that you will receive a payment of any amount. Nothing on this site is a representation about money you will receive or income you will earn.
2. We publish no typical result
We do not publish an average result, a typical result or an expected result, because we have no honest basis on which to state one. Outcomes depend entirely on your own circumstances, the records that happen to exist, the verification and eligibility rules of the relevant record holder, and the actions you take yourself.
3. Individual results are not representative
Where any individual experience is described anywhere in our materials, it is the experience of one specific person. It is not typical, not average, and is not a promise, projection or guarantee of what you or anyone else will achieve. Please read it as one person's account and nothing more.
4. The records are free to search
The public registers ADAM guides you through can be searched directly, free of charge, by anyone, without buying anything. What ADAM sells is the organised process, the guidance and the tracking — not access to records that are already free.
5. Not professional advice
ADAM and everything published on this site are for general information. They are not financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and they are no substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Consider taking such advice before acting on anything you find, particularly where an estate, a deceased relative or a disputed entitlement is involved.
6. Your own responsibility
You are responsible for verifying anything you find, for following the correct process with the relevant record holder, and for reporting and paying any tax arising from amounts you receive.
7. Forward-looking statements
Any statement about what the software may do in future is a forward-looking statement, not a guarantee. Product features may change.
8. Questions
